I am very pleased with Miss Caroline Sparks and sparkys mobile home and RV Park if I was just somebody traveling instead of being somewhat employed here in Jackson through Progress Rail it's a place that I'd want to set my camper up time and time again very quiet she's for the working people
You know what? I laugh at the one who was mad because his child couldn't come. Listen... SO many parks have "families" living at them, sometimes working adults want a quiet place to live. Is that so wrong? I sure as hell don't think so. Some of these folks get up at 3am, do you want to lose sleep when kids are throwing a fit?

Great location for a extended stay!
SO, the prices here are more than reasonable! You pay a lot fee, plus your own utilities. Which means your fair share of electric, I pay separate for my high speed (yes, high speed) internet and I have a larger propane tank from Palmetto gas (1.99 a gallon). I'm in the Happy Camper section and I love it. Nice spaces with 50 and 30 amp services and internet cable at the post. Green space, pet friendly and the owner is great. They patrol the park for any needed stuff and the trash is picked up almost daily. I don't think I could say enough good things. I appreciate that she screens people who will live here. Everyone works, is respectful, quiet and takes good care... it's a pleasure to live here.
What an awesome place! Quiet, tranquil, Mrs Caroline is the best! She makes this place run like a dream for us but puts in alot of hard work the keep it that way!
If you work at SRS there is no better place to live. Simply hands down the best run mobile home and RV park anywhere. Clean safe and affordable.
